  I will start with the fact that I love their food, but that does not always keep the customer coming back. Went in with my co-worker for lunch. My co- worker normally orders from the kids menu. Apparently because she is an adult they charged an extra $1. They did not notify us, just rang up the food and my co-worker said the total was wrong and that is when she told us. We told her that in the future they should not charge it till they tell the customer their will be an extra $1 charge for that and she just said it was on the menu. NO it was not on the menu. My co-worker asked to speak to the manager and she just smiled and said he was busy. So we ate and she asked again before we left and she said "oh he is eating breakfast" that is when my co-worker said she did not care and to go get him, which another person came out and she said "no I want to speak to a manager" who never came out. Worst customer service ever and that is what keeps the customers coming back. No friendliness, or customer service what so ever. Even though I love the food, I do not feel comfortable going back as charging someone an extra $1 for ordering from a kids menu all because they are not a child is wrong and when you are asked to speak to a manager, their are NO excuses YOU GET A MANAGER. I have worked customer service for 10+ years and I would of been fired for something like that.

  Food was good but the place looked like a tornado had hit it. They would be wise to focus on how to keep tidy. However seems like its popular and busy

  The food here is worth the drive it took me to get there. I've always heard good things but after trying it I see why. Has both an indoor and outdoor area to place your order. The gentleman helping us was more than willing to help us make the hard choices on what you orders. Lots of options to choose from. The food was made quickly and tasted great. Can't wait to try something new next time.

  I've been going to this place for years and I'm sorry but I noticed that they are way more friendly to the Mexican population there than they are to any other race. Not only that , but the Hispanic population eating there looks at you like , what are you doing here? I used to just ignore it because the food was good but after last night's experience , and this happening repeatedly every time I go there with my kids, I won't go there again. Sorry it's true, and very sad. Will never go to this place again :-(
